We also had a few things happen along the way that made us question our decision to purchase and that caused us a lot of doubt and stress. In every instance this happened, Ryan just made himself available, sat us down and spent as much time as was needed to address all our concerns. He never made us feel that we were bothering him or taking too much of his time. He truly became a friend when needed, very genuine and really invested in us and our well-being. He almost functioned like a therapist at times and he never led us astray. I think faith in a person is the biggest factor in a relationship and it felt wonderful knowing that we can fully trust his judgment and that he had our back the whole way.

He went above and beyond what was expected and made the entire home buying experience much more pleasant than we could’ve expected. Sure enough, we landed a home that we are truly very happy with and excited to move into. And he made sure that it was something we can realistically afford but not have to settle for.
